Michigan’s New Video Franchising Law: Heavy on Hype, Weak on When

It’s been a little more than a month now since Michigan’s “Uniform Video Services Local Franchising Act” became law. According to many assessments, the new law will soon create competition in cable services throughout Michigan. I’m betting otherwise.
