Jon Kreucher is an attorney with seventeen years of experience in the complex field of cable and broadband law. A decade of his experience was developed inside cable companies, where he was a member of executive management teams and responsible for the design of strategy in government affairs, public policy and legal matters. Jon recently returned to private practice, and now represents government regulators, owners of apartment and housing developments, and others that have an interest that may be adverse to cable operators. His extensive knowledge of cable company operations, objectives and strategies provides insights and opportunities that are often invaluable to his clients and rarely available through other counsel.

Jon is among the most experienced attorneys in the country in cable franchise renewals and transfers. Over the years, he has been personally involved in nearly 500 franchise renewals and more than 1,000 franchise transfers. Jon also possesses extensive experience in the development of public policy and legislative strategies. He represents his client’s interests in negotiations, before state and federal bodies and, when necessary, in the courts.
